2009 Camp $tart-Up, Summer$tock and Fa$hion & Finance

Tackling challenges, creating opportunities, gaining knowledge, having fun and making friends – experience all of this and more at IMI’s summer camps.

Camp $tart-Up, July 5 – 12: Camp $tart-Up is an eight-day, overnight, program that offers teens (ages 14-18) the opportunity to exercise their entrepreneurial spirit through a fun, fast, practical, hands-on learning experience that develops confidence and leadership skills. Participants learn how to translate their dreams into enterprise and independence. Working in teams, they'll create a company, business plan and power point presentation. The skills learned at Camp $tart-Up will help participants take charge of their lives - in school, in business and beyond. Mixed in with classroom time are field trips, swimming, golf, games and just hanging out with new friends. Past participants tell us the experience is ALL FUN.

They'll also identify their goals and values and discover how these relate to their saving and investment options and strategies.
