Creatives as Entrepreneurs. Winemaking meets at the intersection of science and art. Proprietor and winemaker of Fiddlehead Cellars, Kathy Joseph is both an artist-in the making of the wine-and a thoughtful manager of her entrepreneurial venture. This session takes us behind the scenes at Kathy's vineyard as she shares her journey, and her wine, with us. We will focus on how to develop and defend entrepreneurial ventures in the context of family resources, how to analyze a business plan, and how to develop your own ideas into business ventures.

We work together to identify leadership styles and opportunities relevant to each participant's life and goals.

Close to the Santa Barbara Art Museum and State Street's best shops, we wrap the series with a look back at what we've covered, as well as a look ahead to goals and visions
